We do NOT offer "formal" phone hours, but instead RETURN ALL MESSAGES at a time when we are able to focus on your situation/questions and aren't preoccupied with the flurry of shipments that we are shipping to waiting customers in the busy part of our day. We return calls DURING THE DAY at various times throughout the week as time allows, so please BE PREPARED TO WAIT AT LEAST A FEW DAYS for us to call you back. If you are phoning for status of a backorder or order in process, you may receive your reply by EMAIL.

Hours of Operation

Business Hours

  • Online orders are accepted 24 hrs per day, 7 days a week
  • Orders ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Our warehouse, and phones are closed on Wednesdays and weekends.
  • Order cutoff time is NOON, Mountain Time. New orders, add-on orders, and item changes/deletions submitted either online or via email after this time may not be processed till the following business day.
  • Email Response Times: In general, we are able to respond to inquiries either the same, or next business day. We attempt to at least respond to all emails, (even if we can’t immediately answer all of your questions) within 72 hours. International Order Inquiries may experience longer response times. Depending on the nature of emailed inquiries we are often able to and regularly do respond outside of regular business hours.

Phone Hours

You can contact us by phone on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays if you have VW Tech inquiries or order status questions that are not answered in your Customer Service Dashboard (order status is available online when you are logged into your Customer Account on our website). We are open Mondays, but due to the high volume of orders we receive over the weekend we are often unable to answer the telephones, so it is better to send an email if you need to reach us urgently on a Monday.

Wednesdays Warehouse closed. We don’t ship on Wednesdays, but we are often still in the office. So send an email and there’s a good chance you’ll hear back from us quickly, and definitely the following day. You might also catch John on Live Chat via the website.

Phone Ordering

For accuracy reasons we generally do NOT to take orders by telephone, and encourage you to place your order ONLINE after getting your questions answered by phone.

Ordering online at vwparts.aircooled.net is the best way to ensure that your order information is complete and accurate, that your payment information is transmitted securely, and that you are given the opportunity to select from all of the applicable shipping options based on your shipping address. Our online system is designed to capture the order detail necessary to expedite your order efficiently and accurately.

If the reason you are wanting to place an order by phone is because you have concerns about submitting your payment information online, please create an online order and select the “PAY BY CHECK” option (to bypass credit card input), then you can phone (801-453-1906) or fax (801-943-4176) your credit card information to us manually.
