Sometimes people ask us why we don't offer a "lifetime guarantee" like some of our competitors offer -- Our answer is, we refuse to engage in deceptive advertising! If you look in the fine print of those "lifetime" guarantees, you will find that "lifetime" is defined very vaguely to mean "lifetime of the product"! Their fine print gives them the right to refuse any return of a product whose "lifetime" has been exhausted -- and guess who gets to decide what a reasonable lifetime for your defective item is? THEM! (not you!) If they sold you a cheap product that doesn't last as long as you expected, or work as well as you expected, all they have to say (and they do!) is "that is the normal performance and/or lifetime for that product" and they won't take it back!
