For those individuals concerned about transmitting payment information over the internet, you can also submit your order online without payment info (select Pay by Check or Money Order), then fax (801-943-4176), phone (801-453-1906), or mail your credit card details to us (although this can delay order processing time).

Your credit card will not actually be billed until we process your order. Drop ships and special orders will be billed before your order is shipped from the manufacturer. Items that have been prepaid that are subsequently back ordered will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Aircooled.Net accepts money orders or checks. Orders paid via this method will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared. Using this form of payment can significantly delay your order.

Anyone may pay for their order using this payment method, but most notably, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS that total more than $500 (including shipping/handling) or whose total credit card purchases in the past 12 months have exceeded $500USD are required to pay by Wire or International Money Order.
