FINALLY, a cure for those beastly stock hood springs (SCREEETCH!!!), these are QUIET! Besides looking great, they are smooth as silk! Fit all beetles, and 71-72' Superbeetle. Do NOT fit 73 and newer Supers! Kit includes 2 struts.
These are calibrated to give just the right amount of lift, and are a must for a custom car, or one you just want to update to "current" standards! You do not even have to remove the hood to install these if you have an assistant to hold the hood while you put them on!
