IRS Conversion Stub Axles

The Stub Axle is what connect your outer CV joint to your brake drum (the drum slips over the Stub Axle). These are used to change your Stub Axle to allow you to use a different (usually larger) CV Joint size. Larger CVs are stronger, and usually can take more angle (wheel travel) before failure. These stub axles are sold PER EACH; you need 2 per vehicle.
These stub axles use stock IRS bearings and seals, so the "conversion" is as easy as it gets! These are also compatible with drum or disc brakes.

WARNING: These flanges are drilled and tapped to 3/8"-24 threads, they are NO LONGER METRIC. You'll need new CV Bolts. ALSO, if you have T-2 CVs, these larger CV bolts require that you drill the CV body to 3/8" so the bolts fit!
