Will-Call / Local Order Pickup FAQs

It takes a minimum of 3 hours for a new order to be processed through the warehouse and then reach the office for final payment and pick-up processing. You should always WAIT TO BE CONTACTED by our Local Order Care Rep before coming to pick up an order. But in most cases, you will be contacted about the status of your order either the same day (if you place an online order before the NOON order cut-off time) or next business day. 

You can opt to pick up your order from the  WILL-CALL LOBBY at our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, but we still require that you submit the order online. There is a “shipping” selection during checkout for “LOCAL WILL-CALL PICKUP” that triggers us to prep the order for Pickup (instead of shipment). If you want to pay cash for your order, or pay with your card in person, select the payment option for “Pay by US Postal Money Order” to bypass the credit card payment information area.
After you submit your online order request for Local Pickup, the next step is to WAIT TO BE CONTACTED. Please be patient! Our local Order Rep WILL contact you about your order as soon as it is either ready, or if there is a delay for any reason.
Assuming nothing you request is Special Order, Made-to-Order/Custom, or on backorder, AND you have submitted your order prior to the NOON order cut-off on a pick-up-allowed business day (Tuesday-Friday), we are usually able to have your order ready for pick up within 2-3 hours (which is the time needed to print, check stock, pull, and prepare paperwork for items that are in stock). If you place an online order for pickup AFTER the noon cutoff, OR if you placed your order after-hours, it will not enter the warehouse for processing until the following business day in the morning.
Please note that we are a shipping/warehouse operation, NOT a traditional storefront! Our Will-call Pickup Hours are TUESDAY-FRIDAY from 10am-4pm (sorry, no pickups or walk-ins on Mondays!)
